I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. The installers arrived the day the shingles arrived and rang... the bell to let me know that they would be the ones installing the shingles. Due to the time of day, they let me know that they would be back the next day and get started first thing in the morning. They were back early the next day to get started. They completed the house and the garage the same day. Before they left they made sure that the yard was cleaned up and no shingles/nails/wrap was left behind. They were very courteous, and when the job was done, they let me know they had finished. They also told me when I could expect the bin to be picked up. Which turned out to be earlier than expected. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism! I would highly recommend the team at Lincoln Exteriors!read more

EDIT: I would like to leave a 2.5 star review after speaking with one of the owner's about my review below. I expressed... my concerns, he accepted blame and fault for the lack of communication and admitted that there was a lot of stuff not communicated to me or my wife. Everyone makes mistakes and he informed me that they are hoping to learn from this. I am not an aggressive client or a person that is rude in nature, and although I may be mild in nature things still do bother me. So I respect Freddie in admitting the wrong doing and following up with the request I had right away. They were the preferred contractor from our home insurance. They were quick to come out and state they could repair things in a 6 week time frame for siding and 8 weeks for the roof. This was mid to late August after the hail storm in Calgary last year. Every time a natural disaster happened, it pushed back the "raw material to make the finished product" I was told. Storms in Texas pushed it back, storms in Eastern Canada pushed it back. I ended up getting my roof done in mid January, 3 months after the expected time frame I was given. My siding went up in August, 1 year from when the hail actually happened. The team that did my siding was great, I have no questions about that. Just the way everything was handled after we agreed for them to repair our house. We were probably the last house in my block to have the siding completed. I had to follow up more than a few times to inquire about when it would be done. I was patient, but was not happy with the overall time frame that it took to do the work when I was given a 6-8 week time frame.read more

Freddy, Jenna and especially the install crew, are some of the most professional people I have ever met. Great quality and fast work. Lincoln Exteriors completed a major exterior renovation of our home, replacing all siding, rebuilding front pillars,... replacing pergola, replacing some windows, replacing doors, replacing soffits and gutters, and adding stonework to the front of the house. We met with several contractors to discuss the project, and immediately felt comfortable from the moment we met Freddie. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk us through every aspect of the project in language that made sense to people who know very little about construction. Freddie presented options and alternatives available to us, and was very transparent about which parts of the project could pose issues once the construction started. The project team was hard-working and executed the project to perfection, and were even considerate of their noise levels when our little one was napping. Freddie checked in frequently throughout the project, and has kept in touch since completion to ensure there have been no issues with the renovations. The end result is beyond what we could have imagined - our older home has been given a beautiful facelift and we couldn't be happier. We front onto a park with a lot of foot traffic, and we frequently have strangers stop to compliment us on our home. If you are considering an exterior renovation call Lincoln Exteriors - you won't be disappointed.read more

We were just one of the thousands that were affected by the horrendous hail damage in June 2020 in Calgary, AB. From... the very start with the insurance companies assistance, Lincoln Exterior Renovations was there for us. Their selections were fabulous and the office staff were very helpful and friendly. They remained in contact through the many months it took to complete the project. There was a shortage of materials due to all the storms and fires in North America so we had an unusually long wait for our siding to be done. During the delay, the staff kept us informed and were there for all our questions in a very timely manner. During the actual installation, the crew were very kind and cheerful. They even went out of their way to ensure I could park in my driveway every day when I returned from work. The quality of work and materials and warranty were all excellent and I would highly recommend them for all your home exterior needs.read more

We met Freddie last year at the home show after meeting with multiple other contractors in regards to replacing... exterior siding and windows (48 windows!) in our home. Immediately, we were impressed by Freddie’s honest approach and extensive product knowledge. It was a large investment for us so we wanted to do our research to ensure we had a company we could trust. Lincoln Exterior’s expertise, reviews, BBB A+ rating, and company’s history gave us the confidence we needed to proceed. Then COVID came and severe Calgary weather caused delays in product delivery. Through it all Freddie kept us updated and was always available to answer our questions. When work was able to begin, Lincoln sent out Jerry and his crew, who were meticulous and attentive to every detail. It was a huge job and the work they completed was beautiful. We constantly have people in the community stop to give compliments. Our house now looks modern and we love all the changes, not to mention the increased efficiency. We would highly recommend Lincoln Exteriors without hesitation. They ensured our needs were met the entire project and that we were involved every step of the way.read more

We got effected by hail storm back in Summer ... Lincolin was selected by our insurance company to be our contractor...... our whole process from estimate to repair till the proof of completion was seamless and I don't recall my self stressed out for anything. Lincoln Exteriors Renovations was provided to me by my Insurance Claims Dept. Lincoln called and set up a time to... assess the damage. The estimator showed up right on time and was polite and very thorough. He even made sure I was aware of some other deficiencies that the previous roofing company overlooked. (Roof was replaced due to hail in 2013) He explained what the crew would do and how they would address the fix. At that time he told me the office would be in touch to book a time for the repair. The repair was carried out on the date specified and the crew was on time and courteous. They left my yard spotless and you couldn’t tell it had been repaired. Perfect. Had our roof reshingled after hail damage. Crew came on a Saturday and removed old shingles and installed new shingles... in one day. Did really good job and did good job cleaning up. We first met Freddie at the Calgary Home & Garden show. We expressed some interest in re-siding our house. Shortly... after Freddie gave us a very competitive quote to install Hardie board siding and replace all soffit, fascia and eaves-troughs and downspouts. They got started about the first of June and were all done in about 3 weeks including a significant amount of new stone work. Eric and his crew are Hardie board experts and are meticulous with the details. The worksite was left spotless every night when they left. There was no cleaning up after them. I would highly recommend Lincoln for their quality work and their professionalism.read more

Lincoln went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for a roofing and eavestrough replacement. They were... efficient, responsible and courteous. I contacted Lincoln about a concern with my soffit several months later (the wind had displaced a small section) and Freddie made sure that it was fixed right away - I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We had Lincoln redo the exterior and windows on our home and they did a terrific job. The workmanship was top notch.... The crew was hardworking and completed the exterior in a little over a week, despite some summer thunderstorms and rain. Impressive. Brandon was very professional and great to deal with. Being able to go to the Lincoln showroom and have Brandon show us visualizations of our own home really helped my wife and me with the colour selections. Brandon was really helpful in the window selections. We get all kinds of compliments on the exterior renovation and would definitely recommend Lincoln!read more
